What kind of products do you sell?

We design, create, and sell Philadelphia sports apparel and accessories. Our shop includes t-shirts, sweatshirts, and more.

Where else do you sell your products?

Check out our products all across our shop, here. We also sell our products across a set of marketplaces – TeePublic, RedBubble, and Cotton Bureau.

When will I see new products on your shop?

We are always in the process of creating new designs and sharing them with Philly fans and the world.

Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll make sure we get you a product that is everything you wish!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, and more.

We want to make it as easy as possible to purchase our products!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company so that each product is created and printed with just you in mind!

The fulfillment centers we work with have facilities located worldwide!

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ship out. If you have any questions about your tracking your shipment, contact us at info@southstreetthreads.com

What is your return policy?

If you have a defect or misprint, etc., please reach out immediately at info@southstreetthreads.com – we'll get you a replacement ASAP.


We print each garment to order, and we want you to love it.

If the fit is a problem, maybe give it to your sister/brother/dad or anyone who'd love it, too.
